Throughout the novel The Great Gilly HopkinsÂ, Gilly forms many relationships with different kinds of large number. These relationships help Gilly kill her problems and fears well-nigh love, family, and being accepted. Two very fundamental relationships that she forms ar that with Mrs. trotting horse and William Earnest (W.E.).         Gilly is an el tear bring-year-old girl. Shes a tomboy, mean, brilliant, and unmanageable. She has been in three rear homes in less wherefore three years.
